Most items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days (DVD are shipped the next business day). On rare occasions, if we face an unforeseen delay in shipping your product, we will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the time frame stated on each item's product page. CARRIERS:

We ship via all major carriers, including: UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS)

SHIPMENT

Shipment to AK, HI, PR, USVI AND GU will incur additional shipping charges since we cannot ship ground. Please call us at (512)963-0498 for any questions.

STANDARD SHIPPING:

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days, from the day you order the product.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING:

We offer Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT:

For all International Customers NO REFUND will be given on confiscated or stolen products. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs Office to see if your Country permits the shipment of our products there.

TAXES

Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to orders shipped in Texas.
